Fairbairn House Heritage Centre is seeking enthusiastic individuals aged 50 and up to join our Our Elders\u2019 Stories project as co-directors!<\/p>\n
This is a unique opportunity to help preserve and celebrate the remarkable stories of our local elders. As a participant, you\u2019ll take part in two engaging workshops this February:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Types of documentary & directing styles<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Story structure and research<\/p>\n
Afterwards, you\u2019ll collaborate with an award-winning filmmaker from the Outaouais region to create a short documentary highlighting the story of a local elder.<\/p>\n
No experience necessary! We\u2019ll provide you with all the skills you need to help create an incredible short documentary!
