Starting June 11, 2025

On our second floor, the micro-cinema now features an approximately 1.5-hour loop of newly uncovered Super 8 film shot by Harry Daugherty in the 1960s and 70s.

Now digitized, these reels offer a rare glimpse into the everyday life of a Wakefield resident during that time.

You’ll spot many familiar landmarks — some nearly unrecognizable more than 45 years later.
